I have to say I am a business owner and have a construction business was in need of a quick turnover on a vehicle for work. The inventory that was available in Harford County was depleted I was on the website found this Auto Group and they have a dynamite selection of work trucks very fairly priced. The whole team here at Trust Auto was like family I felt very comfortable from the start they went above and beyond. When I say above and beyond I had agreed on a truck in a written agreement did not take the truck off the lot came back the next day to finalize everything. However I changed my mind had buyer's remorse and the team here at Trust Auto allowed me to find the exact truck I wanted and we made adjustments and I couldn't be happier. These people are very trustworthy and flexible. My sales rep came is a true gem very patient kind and knowledgeable with this line of work. Five stars to trust Auto.

Thank you to Russ and Vlad at Trust Auto for an easy, transparent, professional, and friendly experience. We purchased a 2017 Ram Big Horn and the process could not have been more positive. In additional, we were impressed by what is clearly a company that cares deeply for their employees, as demonstrated by the enthusiasm of the receptionist and prominently featured photos of many celebrations on the walls. The lot is filled with high quality cars at reasonable prices, and we will watch the company grow with interest. This will be the first place we check the next time we are looking for a used car. Manager Russ was also great. I pointed out some minor details on the car that needed adjustment and within 10 minutes they were fixed and all of my concerns were alleviated. I was in and out in less than two hours. Can't beat that! Great job fellas.

In today's environment you have to be careful of o line scams. I was approached. Y a ton when trying to sell my vehicle on line. Trust Auto is no scam. They called, asked the right questions, had me do video chat with them to show the vehicle properly. They have a legit location and you can call and speak with them anytime. The process was super easy and I was paid very quickly. These guys know how to do online car business well! Highly recommended!!

Yuliya was extremely pleasant to deal with. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions very promptly and professionally. I wasn’t able to see or test drive the vehicle I purchased being from Wisconsin. The shipping was very quick from Maryland to Wisconsin and the car is beautiful inside and out.
