I’m in Florida and Matt is all the way in Maryland, but with just one quick FaceTime call he made me an offer on my Tesla, fast, fair and super transparent. He truly lives up to the name Trust Auto… TRUST actually is in the way they do business. Matt offered me fair market value, wired funds within 24 hours, and his team had a driver at my door the very next day to pick it up. His team was incredibly easy to work with, no pressure, no sales games, no chaos. Just straightforward, honest, professional. Super easy peasy. My buying experience with Vlad and Yuliya was very comfortable. They were responsive and willing to negotiate price prior to my visit, and I felt no pressure upon arrival or after my test drive. I did buy my new vehicle with them and the signing and finalization was smooth. There was never a question of honoring the prior discussed price. Highly recommend.

The whole crew at Trust Auto was awesome when it came to selling our car, Jake Nelson and Bryan Kings, Walked us through a very smooth process. They were very patient when we had to get a new title shipped to us because it was signed in the wrong spot. At first I was skeptical dealing with someone online, but they’re excellent communication assured me I was dealing with a legitimate company. Glad they reached out to us when they saw we were trying to sell our 2022 Alfa Romeo on Facebook marketplace
