I'm distance buyer looking for a specific vehicle they had on their lot. Matt was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, detailed, clear, and honest about how the process works at their dealership. Through our discussions he understood the level of importance I put on different aspects of the vehicle I will buy. Although he was busy, he took his time with me on the call and reasonably needed a bit of time to research some of my questions. He got back to me first thing in the morning with the answers I needed. Unfortunately, I determined this was not the vehicle for me, but he was very transparent about the good and any bad that he saw about the vehicle, no matter how minor. I would not hesitate to business with Trust Auto and Matt should another vehicle that fits my needs become available. Thank you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Trust Auto! From start to finish, the entire process of selling my car was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free with them. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had but I want to call out Sandra specifically, she was wonderful!! What really stood out to me was their exceptional customer service, even after the sale was completed. I realized I had forgotten to remove my license plate and Peach Pass sticker from the vehicle, and they immediately went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they remove the sticker and send me a photo of my plate so I could complete the necessary paperwork, but they also arranged to mail my plate back to me. Within 30 minutes of our phone conversation, I already had a tracking number! It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and continues to provide such outstanding service even after a transaction is complete. I truly appreciate how helpful, accommodating, and efficient they’ve been throughout this entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Trust Auto to anyone looking to sell their vehicle and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for making everything so easy!
