Great experience at this dealership. I flew in from out of town to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson Minh did a great job of sending me a video and pics of the vehicle before I arrived. Once I arrived to view the vehicle he did an exceptional job of giving me the details of the vehicle, test drive etc. Minh was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable! Great salesman!

I had an amazing experience with Keith Stacy at Trust Auto. I got a wonderful deal on a 2024 Cadillac Lyric. Keith was enthusiastic, yet honest. He did not haggle me about extended warranties or un needed extras because he knew I did not need them. This is car buying experience everyone wants to have when they need to buy a car.

I had a very good experience selling my truck with Trust Auto. I had my Chevrolet truck listed on marketplace and received a post showing interest in my vehicle. After a little negotiation we reached a price that I felt was fair for all involved. Once the price was established we began the process of the necessary paperwork and a FaceTime inspection. All of this took very little time and I received the money transfer to my bank just a couple days later. Not till after I received my payment did they start making arrangements to pick up my vehicle. This has been a very painless process that has worked out great. I must admit that in the beginning of this process I was skeptical as to whether or not I was dealing with a legitimate person or if someone was trying to take advantage of me, which in these days is not unheard of. I took some steps to verify they were who they said they were and happily not only legit but an amazing company to work with. They answered all our questions did what they said they were going to do, resent any information that we requested. Thank you guys for all your patience and help on this transaction.
