I had the pleasure of working with Jason last week. He was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way on a Friday evening to help me as a walk-in find a car, in my budget, with all of my preferences met. I decided on the 2015 Subaru Outback that matched the online description. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle and Jason made the process easy to understand and as painless as financing a car can be. Also, my mom bought a Toyota Sequoia there 2 years ago and hasn’t had any issues and is still really happy with her vehicle .

I had been looking for a very specific car, options, and low mileage. Even though it was on the other side of the country, Russ at Trust Auto was great to work with! He spent the time with me to do a thorough walkthrough over FaceTime. Handled all the paperwork, including registration for my state, and assisted when the transport company showed up for pickup. The car was absolutely perfect condition on arrival. No surprises and better than expected. Communication with Russ was stellar and he's followed-up since. Highly recommend taking the leap if they have what you are looking for.

I had a fabulous experience with Trust Auto. They were super easy to work with, great customer service. I wasn’t local to the MD location so Russ did everything for me over the phone (calls, texts, emails). He was thorough and reachable and delivered my new truck without a hitch.
