He convinced me he was serious about his offer, even though his business is in Maryland and we are in Texas. Received money quickly, and everything was done as he said. I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 LB Laramie 4x4 from Trust Auto. I found it on Car Guru’s in mid November listed around $28995 which was a bit more than I wanted to spend. Over the next few weeks I saw the price drop by $2k. It checked all of my boxes, but wanted to make the trip for a test drive. Upon reaching out, Minh Le contacted me and answered every question that I had. We stayed in contact via text and was finally able to get away and take it for a test drive on December 19. The price actually dropped below $26000 2 days prior to the test drive. The truck exceeded my expectations, so I traded in my 2005 Dodge Dakota that day. The paperwork took longer than expected, but some of that issue was on me.I did have to replace the backup camera and the tire pressure sensors, but everything else worked as it should. I just received my other key fob and everything else needed. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Minh Le for being a great salesman.

At first I was very skeptical about selling a vehicle to a business out of state but as the process progressed I began trust in TRUST AUTO. Everyone I interacted with at Trust Auto was very “real“ and friendly in a natural way. I mostly worked with David, who was really great. He was transparent about everything; the price and details that he told me upfront were exactly the same as when I walked out the door. He went above and beyond to make it all easy for me. Initially, I was initially planning to do the registration myself, but when I indicated my concern about dealing with NY DMV, David offered to handle the registration at no extra cost, and he made the credit check quick. The whole process with David was pleasant. I certainly appreciated his efficiency and, of course, transparency, but even more, the team stands out for their vibe of just being regular people who offer good service, and not at all the vibe of car salesmen angling to bleed you wherever they can, which I have experienced elsewhere. Also, Kate spent time speaking with my insurance agent in order to ensure proper transfer to the new car. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, Minh helped me since David was not in the office. As with everyone else, he was natural and friendly. There was an issue with my electronic signatures, so he had to reprint the documents. Thanks! I asked Nsami at the front desk for directions, and instead of simply explaining it to me, she came out to the car and sat with me and walked me through the Bluetooth GPS feature. Super sweet! Lastly, a shout-out to Jason, whom I never met, but who answered the phone when I had questions. He was patient and informative, and answered my questions thoroughly. It was evident that David in particular and the team in general were invested in making it a positive experience for me. I had the car inspected after purchase, and it is in very good condition. So far all is smooth! I was prepared for battle when I initially arrived. It turns out that I had no need. It was a pleasant, even at times fun, experience to work with David and the others at Trust Auto. Highly recommend.
