Vlad was great to work with, made it easy to understand the process, was patient and easy going, thanks to him I bought my first company vehicle and grateful, will use them on the next vehicle.

We had posted our vehicle to Facebook for sale and Dior Fayziev reached out to us with a fair offer in the ball park of what they would be able to pay based on the vehicles condition. We then set up a video call to appraise the vehicle. Dior Fayziev’s estimate was accurate to the appraisal and they offered the same amount estimated. We accepted. The process was very easy, they pay the car off first whether the payment needs to go to you, or the lender you are using. Then after you notify them that the payment has come through, then they schedule a time for pick up. With the amount of scams now days I was skeptical at first but after having a real person FaceTime us and walk us through the appraisal process, as well as tell us that they pay for vehicle first, then only pick up the vehicle after the payment is received. I felt confident to move forward with them. Excellent customer service and communication. You can call or text them anytime and they always get back to you in a timely manner. Even though they are based on the east coast and I am on the west coast, they made the process very smooth.
