This was a new one for me. Todd from Trust Auto reached out to me about my listing on a rare mini cooper I had for sale here in Atlanta. They offered a fair purchase price for the car and being that they were on the other side of the country, I had no idea how this was going to work but sure enough their team followed up with me and answered any question I had. (I was skeptical the whole time, thinking this was some sort of scam..It was not at all.) They scheduled a video inspection of the car where I walked around the car showing everything on it. From there, it turned into a very fast and easy transaction. Their accounts payable dept had the money wired quickly and they had a transport sent to my house to pick up the mini cooper. I think it was possibly the easiest car transaction I have done and I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years. Thanks Todd!

We bought a new truck for my son four months ago from Kate at Trust Auto. The entire process with Trust Auto was very smooth. We saw the truck on-line, but couldn't come look at it until the following evening. Kate "held" the truck for us until we could get there, and they were supper accommodating to work with. Fast forward four months and my son went to go register the truck in another state, across the country. He was in line there when we found out he needed an Out-of-State Dealer Tax Assessment signed by Trust Auto declaring the state sales taxes had been paid in Maryland. We called Trust Auto and Aziza helped us by filling out the form, and e-mailing it back to my son, all while he was in line in the out of state DMV, ensuring he could get the truck registered there without delay. Our dealings with Trust Auto have been great, and Aziza is the "bomb" for helping us with such short notice. I would definitely buy from Trust Auto again.
