Just bought a really nice 6-speed Miata from this place! I drove down to look at it on Wednesday and picked it up Friday, super quick and smooth process. The staff here is amazing, the front desk ladies were very sweet. My salesman Keith was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic, explaining parts I didn't understand, and going above and beyond to help me through the process. Overall, Trust Auto was exceptional; they keep the car-buying experience exciting instead of stressful, and I would recommend anyone to do business with them!

From the initial phone conversation I had with David, a Trust Auto’s sales manager, about a used car for sale that I ultimately bought to the end when he handed me the keys, my experience at Trust Auto has been positive beyond belief. From my time with David, what appears to separate Trust Auto from most other car dealers I have interacted with is the following: 1) Trust Auto employees are honest, straightforward, and they don’t play games. 2) Trust Auto does not seek to make a hefty profit on each car. 3) Transparency—while handling the finances, David allowed my wife and I to follow along as he worked on the computer. 4) Trust Auto has a beautiful selection of cars in their lot—mostly high performance vehicles to choose from. In summation, I can’t express how helpful and pleasant David and the other staff members were throughout the entire car buying process. One staff member, Kevin even gave me a ride to their office in Sykesville all the way from Frederick. I recommend Trust Auto extremely highly.
